Creekside at Wild Rock — Booking Your Stay With Us
RENTAL AGREEMENT
To complete your booking at Creekside at Wild Rock, all guests are required to review and submit our official Rental Agreement.
BOOKING OPTIONS
Convenient booking with credit card payment is done through parkwith.us. This option has the following fees associated with the booking, these fees are not assessed by Creekside at Wild Rock.
- 2% fee if paying for a manual reservation or invoice through our online system
- 6% booking directly online – this is for your convience
- Credit Card processing fee 3%
- 0.8% for ACH transfers, which is only applicable for monthly guests
To avoid processing fees through Parkwith.us, you are welcome to contact us directly to arrange alternative payments. We accept Zelle,
Venmo, or personal checks (checks must clear entirely before your arrival date).
Cash Discount
Get a 10% Discount with Cash: If you prefer to pay in cash to receive the 10% discount, the process is simple:
- Secure your reservation using any of our standard, accepted forms of payment.
- Upon your arrival, you can pay the balance in cash.
- We will immediately issue a full refund to your original form of payment witih 48 hours.
- For longer term stays you may start with a Parkwith.us booking and extend your stay with cash payments.
Checking Availability
To view real-time lot availability, please click the “BOOK WITH Parkwith.us” button. You do not have to complete your payment through their platform, but our up-to-date reservation calendar is hosted directly on that site.
